Significant Controlled Demo Needed in Naples Water Damage
SERVPRO techs arrived at this Naples home with water damage caused by a sewage back up. A large amount of standing water was present on the floors and it had wicked into the walls and under the flooring rapidly. The techs wear protective clothing during the handling of the water since it is rated as a biohazard. Due to the significant amount of wicking into the sheetrock, a large amount of it needed removal for extraction and drying purposes. The techs removed the door frames, baseboards, flooring down to the substrate and performed flood cuts. Afterward, the room got dried and then disinfected to ready it for the needed restorative repairs.
