As one of the owners of SERVPRO of East Naples Carrie McBride rolls include but are not limited to HR director and Marketing Manager. Carrie brings a wealth of business development knowledge to the team having built multiple businesses in the past.

With SERVPRO of East Naples Carrie will be in charge of hiring, team management, marketing, and helping our community in any way she can.

Carrie is a wonderful mother of three, and enjoys being at the beach with her family, golf, and fitness in her down time.

Joseph McBride

As an owner of SERVPRO of East Naples Joseph McBride is in charge of the production side of the business. Joseph has an extensive knowledge in Real Estate having been a member of NABOR for the past 4 years and a licensed Realtor. Joseph has worked closely with many developers, property managers, renovators, and inspectors during his time in  real estate.

Joseph has extensive experience in restoration being certified by the Normi institute in Mold Assement & Remediation, the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration & Applied Structural Drying, and the EPA in Lead Based Paint removal and repair. Joseph hopes his knowledge and team can be helpful to their community in any way they can.

Joseph is a father of three, enjoys his time with his family, golf, baseball, and motocross in his down time.

Tayler Bergeron

Tayler is our Office Manager at SERVPRO of East Naples and built her understanding of this vital position with three years of water, fire, and mold fieldwork. Along with these IICRC accreditations, she is an alumna of FCCLA and has been active in the Girl Scouts of America since 2009. Tayler has a talent for running a smooth office, providing our customers with top-notch service. She finds time to raise money for the Children's' Miracle Network Hospitals. Michael Bergeron

Michael holds a key position at SERVPRO of East Naples as Operations Manager. He is watchful to ensure all projects have the personnel, equipment, and products to maintain expectations and schedules. Michael has many years of experience (from 2012) in water and mold remediation and is current on in-house training programs (ECTP.) He helps coordinate scalable Large-Loss projects and is a valued member of our team. Michael lives in Fort Myers with his amazing wife and two young sons Evander and Silas. He loves hanging out with the family, kayaking, going to the beach, and trying new restaurants. Michael hails from Louisiana and is excited about spending his future here in Florida.
